By the Bay Bistro is an exceptional European/Mediterranean bistro in Osprey, Florida that is Christian owned by a warm and friendly Lebanese couple, Angie and Richard. Their passion for their craft is apparent in the quality and freshness of ingredients they use in all of their wonderfully flavorful menu items.

They offer an impressive array of delectable made-to-order sandwiches, soups, salads, daily specials, savory and sweet pastries, desserts, coffee, lattes, tea, grab-and-go items, and more!

The atmosphere is laid back, and they have ample seating that can accommodate a larger party. There is even a comfy sofa and two cushy chairs in the back with a wall outlet and USB port for those who need to stay connected.

From the moment I first met Angie, I immediately felt a strong connection. We talked about our deep faith in Jesus and how their prayers had been answered in locating a storefront to call their own. Their devout faith and love for Jesus is such a refreshing change from the norm that is clearly evident in the way they conduct their business…with affection, graciousness, and appreciation.
