I now place my full trust in You alone for my salvation and not in myself. Please save me, Lord Jesus, and give me the gift of eternal life in Heaven. Come into my heart, and show me how to live for You. Thank You for saving me. In Your Holy Name, I pray. Amen.

With a contrite heart, I ask for Your forgiveness. I do not want to lose control in such a way again, especially since I know that it offends You and grieves the Holy Spirit. Please give me temperance and transform my thoughts, words, and actions to be those that are well pleasing to You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
